RD-91-4 RD-91-04 RD 91-04 RD 91-4 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO COVERING <br /> PARKING STUDY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo <br />covering a parking study of the anticipated effects from the <br />proposed construction of two parking structures in the Downtown <br />Sub-area of the Project Area of Redevelopment Project No. 2, as <br />amended, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the Secretary for reference to full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
