09/24/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14380 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE MITA KM5230 <br />COPIER AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS <br />THEREFOR <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 and <br />Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br />request the purchase, certain materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: one <br />Mita KM5230 copier conforming to specifications of the Finance Department, of <br />the City of Redwood City for an amount not to exceed Twelve Thousand Dollars <br />($12,000.00). <br />2.
