RD-92-2 RD-92-02 RD 92-02 RD 92-2 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY CERTIFYING FIRST ADDENDUM TO FINAL EIR <br /> <br /> (PROPERTY AT WHIPPLE AVENUE AND WARREN STREET) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the adoption of the Second <br />Amendment of the Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. <br />2, a Final EIR was prepared (assigned No. 88120610 by the State <br />Clearing House); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Final EIR was a program EIR that called for <br />further review under CEQA of specific projects implementing the <br />Second Amendment, as such projects are proposed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Executive Director has proposed the Whipple <br />Avenue Housing Project, consisting of the acquisition of real <br />property located at Whipple Avenue and Warren Street, the razing <br />of the structures thereon, and the later construction of housing <br />including some or all affordable housing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the appropriate level of CEQA review for this <br /> <br />project is an addendum to such Final EIR. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, acting as the lead agency with respect to the <br />project and the Second Amendment, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agency hereby makes each of the findings set forth <br />in paragraph 2 of the First Addendum to Final EIR. <br /> <br /> 2. The Agency hereby certifies that the First Addendum to <br />Final EIR was completed in compliance with CEQA, and that the <br /> <br /> <br />
