RD-93-13 RD 93-13 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND ERN WITH BUTLER <br /> STELLAR CORPORATION CONCERNING WYNDHAM PLACE <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> The agreement entitled, "Second Agreement Conferring <br />Exclusive Right to Negotiate on Butler Stellar Corporation <br />(Wyndham Place Project)", a copy of which is in the office of the <br />Secretary for reference to the full particulars thereof, hereby <br />is approved, and the Executive Director is authorized and <br />directed to execute the same on behalf of this Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
