RD-93-7 RD-93-07 RD 93-07 RD 93-7 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT CONFERRING ON <br /> BUTLER/STELLAR CORPORATION THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT <br /> TO NEGOTIATE WITH AGENCY CONCERNING WHIPPLE/ <br /> WARREN HOUSING PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Butler/Stellar <br /> <br />Corporation, conferring on Butler/Stellar Corporation the <br />exclusive right to negotiate with the Agency with respect to the <br />portion of the block bounded by Whipple Avenue, Warren Street and <br />Howland Street recently acquired by the Agency, which agreement <br />is in the files of the Secretary for the examination of the <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Agency and to represent the Agency in the negotiations to be <br />conducted under said agreement. <br /> <br /> 3. The Whipple/Warren Housing Project henceforth may also <br />be designated in official documents as the "Wyndham Place <br />Project". <br /> <br /> <br />
