RD-93-6 RD-93-06 RD 93-06 RD 93-6 5/24/93 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF FOUR (4) <br /> MACINTOSH COMPUTERS FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br />solicited for the purchase of four (4) Macintosh computers for <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation three bids were <br />received; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Computer Selection of Redwood City, California is <br />the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Board to accept the bid of said Company; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Computer Selection for the sale of four (4) <br />Macintosh computers to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City in the amount of Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred Four <br />and No/100 Dollars ($18,904.00) in accordance with said bidder's <br />proposal dated April 29, 1993, is hereby accepted, and said <br />bidder is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible bidder in <br />response to solicitation for bids without advertisement for said <br />computers. <br /> <br /> 2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br />Computer Selection is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute such purchase orders or other purchase <br />documents (in form approved by the Agency Counsel) necessary or <br />appropriate to effectuate the purchase approved hereby. <br /> <br /> * * * <br /> <br /> <br />
