RD-93-4 RD-93-04 RD 93-04 RD 93-4 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT OF RMC <br /> LONESTAR SITE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a developer has submitted a plan for the <br /> development of the parcel of real property located on the <br /> northerly side of Maple Street between E1 Camino Real and the <br /> railroad tracks (the "Property"), as shown on the diagram <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Property is located within the Project Area of <br /> the Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the bulk of the Property is unimproved and is <br /> appropriate for redevelopment, and placing housing including <br /> affordable housing on this site will help fill the need for such <br /> housing in the co~m~unity; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate at this time for the Agency to <br /> determine the general nature and extent of the development plan <br /> proposed for the Property in order to extend an invitation to <br /> participate in such project to each owner of the property, <br /> pursuant to the Agency's Owner Participation Rules; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY DOES RESOLVE that the basic elements of the plan for <br /> the project ("Project") to be located on the Property shall be as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The boundary of the Project shall be the boundary of the <br /> Property as set forth on Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> 2. There shall be a mix of uses in the Project consisting <br /> of residential and commercial, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
