RD-93-2 RD-93-02 RD 93-02 RD 93-2 <br /> <br /> CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br /> CITY OF OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF THE SUM OF $225,000 <br /> FROM THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CITY CENTER <br /> PARKING STRUCTURE FUND TO THE APPROPRIATION <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENTS - CITY CENTER PARKING STRUCTURE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AND THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The sum of $225,000 heretofore transferred to and <br />deposited in the City Center Parking Structure Fund (Fund 372) of <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City is hereby <br />transferred to the appropriation of the City of Redwood City for <br />Capital Improvement Projects - City Center Parking Structure, for <br />the purpose of removing contamination from the project site for <br />said parking structure. <br /> <br /> 2. The aforementioned funds are hereby transferred <br />expressly upon the condition that any amount of such sum that (i) <br />is not necessary for the aforementioned purpose (to wit: soils <br />contamination remediation), or (ii) is recovered from the Pacific <br />Gas and Electric Company, (predecessor in interest to title of <br />said site and allegedly responsible for said contamination) or <br />any other party responsible for such contamination shall be <br />restored to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
