RD-93-1 RD-93-01 RD 93-01 RD 93-1 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING INTERFUND <br /> TRANSFER FOR CITY CENTER PARKING STRUCTURE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The transfer of the sum of $225,000 from the Land <br />Acquisition Fund (Fund 807) to the City Center Parking Structure <br />Fund (Fund 372) hereby is approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director and Agency Counsel hereby are <br />authorized and directed to work with the Staff of the City of <br />Redwood City in the recovery from Pacific Gas and Electric <br />Company and any other responsible party, of all costs associated <br />with the contamination discovered on the City Center Parking <br />Structure site. <br /> <br /> 3. The transfer of the sum of $225,000 to the City Center <br />Parking Structure Fund is made for the specific and limited <br />purpose of removing the contamination from the project site, and <br />any amount of such sum that (1) is not necessary for that purpose <br />or (2) is recovered from the Pacific Gas and Electric Company or <br />any other party responsible for such contamination shall be <br />restored to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br />* * * <br /> <br /> <br />
