RD-94-12 RD 94-12 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE DEMOLITION OF <br /> STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 3446 ROLISON ROAD; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br />solicited for the demolition of that certain structure (former 10 <br />unit apartment building) located at 3446 Rolison Road, Redwood <br />City, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, three bids were <br />received for the performance of said work and filed with the <br />Agency Secretary; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Cocco Enterprises of Redwood City, California, is <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire <br /> <br />of this Board to accept said bid of Cocco Enterprises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDE\~LOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Cocco Enterprises, in the amount of Thirteen <br />Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($13,500.00), computed <br />in accordance with said bidder's proposal dated April 28, 1994, <br />for the demolition of structure located at 3446 Rolison Road is <br />hereby accepted, and said bidder is hereby found and declared to <br />be the lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br />05/12/94) by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City and Cocco Enterprises, a copy of which agreement is <br />on file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference <br /> <br /> <br />
