RD-95-05 RD 95-05 RD-95-5 RD 95-5 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING CHANGES TO THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> PROJECT AREA FOR THE REDWOOD CITY 101 CORRIDOR <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City, by <br />Resolution No. 12189 on May 23, 1994, designated a Redevelopment <br />Survey Area for redevelopment study purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redwood City, by <br />Resolution No. 12294 on August 15, 1994, and Resolution No. <br />12102 on August 29, 1994, amended the Redevelopment Survey Area; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33000 et seq. of the Health and Safety Code <br />provides for the Planning Commission to select a redevelopment <br />project area from within the boundary of a survey area and to <br />formulate a preliminary plan for the redevelopment of the <br />selected project area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br />has by Resolution No. PC - 94-2, adopted December 6, 1994, <br />selected the project area for the Redwood City 101 Corridor <br />Redevelopment Project and has approved and adopted the <br />Preliminary Plan formulated therefor and submitted said <br />Preliminary Plan to this Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, by Resolution No. 94-24 adopted <br />December 19, 1994, acknowledged receipt of the Preliminary Plan; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has, by Resolution No. <br /> <br />PC - 95-01, adopted January 26, 1995, changed the boundaries of <br /> <br /> <br />
