RD-95-04 RD 95-04 RD-95-4 RD 95-4 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING MARKET RESEARCH <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br /> (SEDWAY KOTIN MOUCHLY GROUP) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City requires professional consulting market research services in <br /> connection with the market research study within the City of <br /> Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the Agency requires <br /> professional consulting market research services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sedway Kotin Mouchly Group of San Francisco, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid services <br /> <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Market Research Services (Sedway Kotin Mouchly Group)" <br />(form dated 2/08/95R) by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City, and Sedway Kotin Mouchly Group, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved and the Executive Director and Secretary are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> <br /> <br />
