RD-96-20 RD 96-20 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF THE SIXTH AMENDMENT TO THE <br /> DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND <br /> EXPIRATION AGREEMENT FOR THE MEZES PLAZA PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, the City of Redwood City (the "City") and Mezes <br /> Group, Inc., a California corporation, (the "Developer') have negotiated a Sixth <br /> amendment (the "Amendment") to that certain agreement entitled "Disposition <br /> and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project," as amended (the <br /> "DDA"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in conjunction therewith, the Developer and this Agency <br /> propose to enter into the Expiration Agreement hereinafter referenced; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said Amendment <br /> and Expiration Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THIS AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "Sixth Amendment of Disposition and <br /> Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza project," by and between the <br /> Developer, Mezes Group, Inc., this Agency, and the City of Redwood City, a <br /> copy of which Amendment has been executed by the Developer and delivered to <br /> the Executive Plaza Project DDA Expiration Agreement," a copy of which is on <br /> file in the office of the Executive Director, hereby are approved by the Agency, <br /> <br />"- and the Chairman and Secretary of the Agency hereby are authorized and <br /> RD-O08 <br /> G:~shared <br /> AK:rg <br /> 12/26/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
