RD-96-09 RD 96-09 RD-96-9 RD 96-9 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR EXCLUSIVE INVESTMENT <br /> BANKING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH REFINANCING <br /> 1991 LOCAL AGENCY REVENUE BONDS, SERIES B <br /> <br /> (RAUSCHER PIERCE REFSNES, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City, and Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary of this Agency, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and <br />the Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
