RD-96-08 RD 96-08 RD-96-8 RD 96-8 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF LEASE OF SPACE AT 541 JEFFERSON <br /> AVENUE FOR USE AS AGENCY OFFICE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain lease by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br /> of Redwood City, as Lessee, and M.R. Oyster, doing business as Oyster <br /> Properties, as Lessor, a copy of which lease is on file in the office of the <br /> Secretary of this Agency, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved subject to such final refinements as may <br /> be determined by the Executive Director and Agency Counsel to be in the <br /> Agency's best interest, and the Executive Director and Secretary are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said lease <br /> for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
