RD-96-03 RD 96-03 RD-96-3 RD 96-3 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR <br /> PAYMENT OF DEVELOPER SUBSIDY BY AGENCY AND DISCHARGE <br /> OF AGENCY DEBT TO CITY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City entitled "Agreement <br />Between The City of Redwood City and the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Redwood City for Payment of Developer Subsidy By Agency and Discharge of <br />Agency Debt to City," a copy of which is on file in the office of the Secretary, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the President of the Board of Directors and Secretary of this <br />Agency are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> AK/DES: 4/11/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
