O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 <br />10/8/01 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The compensation for the position of City Clerk as set by <br />Resolution No. 13923 approved on June 12, 2000, is hereby amended <br />retroactively by revising the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "A" <br />(commencing from and after March 29, 2001) which Exhibit is attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br />of employment for the position of City Clerk shall include those provisions <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br />set forth in that certain document entitled, "City of Redwood City — Executive <br />Management - Summary of Benefits — Effective May 1, 2000," a copy of which is <br />on file in the office of the Director of Human Resources. <br />3. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; <br />provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in Exhibit A shall be operative <br />retroactively from and after March 29, 2001. <br />F:Atty /Redwood /Council /Reso /Reso -1256 1 <br />
