RD-97-14 RD 97-14 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING AND RESTATING BY-LAWS OF THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. RD-02-87 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The By-Laws of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City, adopted by the Agency on May 24, 1982 pursuant to Resolution No. RD-82- <br />06, are hereby amended by revising the location of the office of the Agency (Art. <br />I, § 3) and the place of regular meetings (Art. III, § 1), and by providing that the <br />approval of at least four members (rather than three as now provided) is required <br />to amend the By-Laws (Art. IV, § 1), and are restated in the form attached hereto <br />(form dated 07/22/97) and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> 2.
