RD-97-11 RD 97-11 <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF THE NINTH AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE MEZES PLAZA <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, the City of Redwood City (the "City") and <br /> Mezes Group, Inc., a California corporation (the "Developer") have <br /> negotiated a Ninth Amendment (the "Amendment") to that certain agreement <br /> entitled "Disposition and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza <br /> Project," as amended (the "DDA"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said <br /> Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "Ninth Amendment of Disposition <br /> and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project," by and between <br /> the Developer, Mezes Group, Inc., this Agency, and the City of Redwood <br /> City, a copy of which Amendment has been executed by the Developer and <br /> delivered to the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by the <br /> Agency, and the Chairman and Secretary of the Agency hereby are authorized <br /> and directed to execute and to attest, respectively, said Ninth Amendment on <br /> behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of July, 1997. <br /> <br /> AK/DES: Mezes 9~ Amendment/RDA <br /> 7/10/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
