RD-97-07 RD 97-07 RD-97-7 RD 97-7 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> THE EIGHTH AMENDMENTOF THE DISPOSITON AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE MEZES PLAZA PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, the City of Redwood City (the "City') and <br />Mezes Group, Inc., a California corporation (the "Developer~) have negotiated <br />An Eighth Amendment (the "Amendment") to that certain agreement entitled <br />"Disposition and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project," as <br />amended (the "DDA'); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVED AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "Eighth Amendment of Disposition and <br />Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project," by and between the <br />Developer, Mezes Group, Inc., this Agency, and the City of Redwood City, a <br />copy of which Amendment has been executed by the Developer and delivered to <br />the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by the Agency, and the <br />Chairman and Secretary of the Agency hereby are authorized and director to <br />execute and to attest, respectively, said Eighth Amendment on behalf of the <br />Agency. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of June, 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />
