RD-98-15 RD 98-15 <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE <br /> <br /> ( SHEA HOMES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP/IRVINE APARTMENT <br /> COMMUNITIES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. RD 98-02, dated January 27, 1998, the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, a public body corporate <br /> and politic ("Agency"), and Shea Homes Limited Partnership, a California limited <br /> partnership, and Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware limited <br /> partnership (collectively, "Participants") entered into that certain agreement <br /> entitled "Agreement for Exclusive Right to Negotiate (Shea Homes Limited <br /> Partnership/Irvine Apartment Communities)"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency and Participants desire to amend the terms of <br /> said Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitlement "First Amendment to Agreement for <br /> Exclusive Right to Negotiate (Shea Homes Limited Partnership/Irvine <br /> Apartment Communities)", a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> Executive Director of this Agency, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> the full particulars thereof, hereby is approved, and the Executive Director and <br /> Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said Amendment for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency <br /> of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Resolution: First Amendment to ERN <br /> AK/DES: 10/5/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
