RD-98-07 RD 98-07 RD-98-7 RD 98-7 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING THE SECOND PRELIMINARY REPORT FOR <br />THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33328.5(d) of the Califomia Community <br />Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code, Section 33000 et seq.), the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City ("Agency") has prepared a Second <br />Preliminary Report on the Proposed Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for <br />Redevelopment Project No. 2 ("Second Preliminary Report") for transmittal to the <br />affected taxing agencies. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Second Preliminary Report is hereby received and approved by <br />the Agency, in the form attached hereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Agency hereby directs the Executive Director of the Agency to <br />transmit the Second Preliminary Report to each affected taxing agency and make the <br />Second Preliminary Report available for public inspection. <br /> <br /> RD 98-07 <br /> <br /> <br />
