RD-98-05 RD 98-05 RD-98-5 RD 98-5 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> REQUESTING THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO <br /> CHANGE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE AREA <br /> PROPOSED TO BE ADDED TO REDEVELOPMENT <br /> PROJECT NO. 2 BY THE FOURTH AMENDMENT <br /> TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br />City, on May 6, 1997, by Resolution No. 97-1, amended the Preliminary <br />Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2 by selecting the boundaries of the <br />area proposed to be added to Redevelopment Project No. 2 (the "Added <br />Area") by the Fourth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan (the "Fourth <br />Amendment") and approving a Preliminary Plan (the "Preliminary Plan") <br />formulated therefor, and submitted said Preliminary Plan to the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City (the Agency"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City desires that the boundaries of the Added Area be changed to <br />exclude certain property from the Added Area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 33326 of the Community Redevelopment <br />Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.) permits the <br />Planning Commission to change the boundaries of the Added Area with <br /> <br />the approval of the Agency. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby requested to amend the Preliminary Plan by changing the <br />boundaries of the Added Area to exclude certain properties from the <br />Added Area identified in Attachment "A" hereto. <br /> <br /> 1 RD98-05 <br /> DES/AK: 3/26/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
