RD-00-57 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> <br /> CORNER OF VERA AND EL CAMINO REAL <br /> (DEVCON CONSTRUCTION, INC.) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit - <br /> Corner of Vera and El Camino Real (Devcon Construction, Inc.)" (form dated <br /> 11/03/00r), pursuant to which this Agency grants revocable permission to said <br /> Devcon Construction, Inc., for the use of a portion of Agency-owned property <br /> located at the corner of Vera and El Camino Real for the purpose of storing <br />- containers and trailers in connection with the construction of certain work of <br /> improvements in Redwood City, a copy of which Revocable Permit is on file in <br /> the office of the Agency Secretary, to which reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Agency Executive Director and <br /> Agency Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively, said permit, for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />-- Reso-1027 <br /> f:lshlshlRC/Council <br /> FXS;rg <br /> 11/03/00R <br /> <br /> <br />
