RD 2000-47 RD-00-47 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH IRVINE APARTMENT <br /> COMMUNITIES, L.P, FOR THE FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency and Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a <br />Delaware limited partnership ("IAC") have negotiated a Second Amendment <br />(the "Amendment") to that certain agreement entitled "Disposition and <br />Development Agreement for Franklin Street Project," as amended (the <br />"DDA); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said <br />Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENC¥'DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "Second Amendment of Disposition <br />and Development Agreement for the Franklin Street Project (I_AC)," by and <br />between the IAC and this Agency, a copy of which Amendment has been <br />executed by LAC and delivered to the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby <br />is approved by the Agency, and the Chairperson and Secretary of the Agency <br />hereby are authorized and directed to execute and to attest, respectively, this <br />Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on'the 22nd day of May, 2000, <br />by the following votes. <br /> <br /> AK/DES:ak: 5/15/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
