RD-00-42 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND GALLAGHER <br /> ASSOCIATES FOR PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC INFORMATION <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Public <br /> Information Services" (form dated 05/01/00), by and between the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Gallagher Associates <br /> for professional public information services relating to the Downtown Retail- <br /> Cinema Project, a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD-028 <br /> F :lSharedlRedwood/Council/Reso. <br /> DES:djk <br />- 05/01/00 <br /> <br /> <br />
