0 R I ~ I ii ^ L 3/27/00 <br /> RESOLUTION NO RD 2000- 38 RD-00-38 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT WITH SHEA HOMES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE <br /> FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, and Shea Homes Limited Partnership, a California <br />limited partnership ("Shea") have executed that certain agreement entitled "Disposition <br />and Development Agreement for Franklin Street Project" (the "DDA); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the DDA as set forth in the "First <br />Amendment of Disposition and Development Agreement for Franklin Street Project <br />(Shea)" (the "Amendment"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "First Amendment of Disposition and <br />Development Agreement for the Franklin Street Project (Shea)," by and between the Shea <br />and this Agency, a copy of which Amendment has been executed by Shea and delivered <br />to the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by the Agency, and the <br />Chairperson and Secretary of the Agency hereby are authorized and directed to execute <br />and to attest, respectively, this Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, <br />at a regular meeting thereof held on the 27th day of March, 2000, by the following votes. <br /> <br /> <br />
