C (Also see Minute Order 03-233) <br /> <br />Joint Meeting of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City on September 22, 2003 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Vice Chair Ira and Chair person Claire <br />Absent: Director Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Howard/Ruskin <br />Approve a Second Implementation Agreement with the City of Redwood City, the <br />Redevelopment Agency and BHV Innisfree Ventures, I, LLC, developers fo the <br />project, for the Amended and Restated Disposition and Development Agreement <br />for the Downtown Retail-Cinema and Parking Project and authorize the City <br />Manager and the Redevelopment Agency Executive Director to execute same. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote, with Agency Member Jordan <br />absent, and Vice Chair Ira abstaining, due to a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
