A (Also see Minute Order 03-231) <br /> <br />Joint Meeting of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City on September 22, 2003 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Vice Chair Ira and Chair person Claire <br />Absent: Director Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard Approve the amendment to the loan agreement between <br />the City of Redwood City (City) and the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency <br />(Agency) adjusting the interest rate to an amount equal to the City's actual rate <br />of return. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote, with Agency Member Jordan <br />absent, and Vice Chair Ira abstaining, due to a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
