A (Also see RDA Minute Order 03-27) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 22, 2003. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira <br />and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Jordan <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard Approve the amendment to the loan agreement between <br />the City of Redwood City (City) and the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency <br />(Agency) adjusting the interest rate to an amount equal to the City's actual rate <br />of return. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote with Council Member Jordan <br />absent, and Vice Mayor Ira to abstain, due to a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
