<br /> 2.68, 2.107, AND 2.107.5 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE ZONING
<br /> ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS AMENDED RELATING
<br /> TO VARIOUS DEFINITIONS; AMENDING SECTIONS 13.2, AND 13.4 OF, AND
<br /> ADDING SECTION 13.10b TO, SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO
<br /> PERMITTED USES, CONDITIONAL USES, AND THE MAXIMUM OFFICE
<br /> SIZES IN THE "CN" (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) ZONING DISTRICT,
<br /> RESPECTIVELY; AMENDING SECTIONS 14.2 AND 14.4 OF SAID
<br />ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES,
<br />RESPECTIVELY, IN THE "CB" (CENTRAL BUSINESS) ZONING DISTRICT;
<br />AMENDING SECTIONS 16.2, AND 15.4 OF, AND ADDING SECTION 15.12
<br />TO, SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMITTED USES, AND FLOOR
<br />AREA RATIO, RESPECTIVELY, IN THE "CG" (GENERAL COMMERCIAL)
<br />ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTIONS 17.2, AND 17.4 OF, AND
<br />ADDING SECTION 17.12 TO, SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMITTED
<br />USES, CONDITIONAL USES, AND FLOOR AREA RATIO RESPECTIVELY, IN
<br />THE "IR" (INDUSTRIAL RESTRICTED) ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING
<br />SECTIONS 18.2 AND 18.4 OF, AND ADDING SECTION 18.17 TO, SAID
<br />ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMITTED USES, CONDITIONAL USES AND
<br />FLOOR AREA RATIO, RESPECTIVELY, IN THE "IP" (INDUSTRIAL PARK)
<br />ZONING DISTRICT; AMENDING SECTIONS 26.2, 26.3, AND 26.4 OF SAID
<br />ORDINANCE RELATING TO PERMITTED USES, ACCESSORY USES, 'AND
<br />CONDITIONAL USES, RESPECTIVELY, IN THE "CBR" (CENTRAL
<br />BUSINESS RETAIL) ZONING DISTRICT; AND AMENDING SECTION 30.2.2b
<br />OF SAID ORDINANCE RELATING TO OFFSTREET PARKING
<br />REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN SPECIFIED USES

<br /> The Council of Redwood City does ordain as follows:
<br />
<br />Section 1. Findings. This Council hereby finds and declares as follows:
<br />A. The market demand for office development in the City of Redwood
<br />City has increased far beyond that anticipated when current land use
<br />designations were established under Ordinance No. 1130, as amended, the
<br />Redwood Zoning Ordinance ("Zon. Ord.");
<br />
<br /> B. Large scale office developments have been, and are being, proposed
<br />for developed and undeveloped properties which, as individual parcels, or
<br />
