("Contractor"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. City requires Contractor's services. <br /> B. Contractor has the necessary experience in providing professional services <br /> and advice. <br /> C. Selection of Contractor is expected to achieve the desired results in an <br /> expedited fashion. <br /> D. Contractor has submitted a proposal to City and has affirmed its wiflingness <br /> and abiliry to perform such work. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br /> covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Scope of Work and Time for Performance. Contractor shall perform <br /> everything required to be perFormed, shall provide and furnish all of the <br /> {abor, equipment, materials, and tools to perform, within thirty (30) <br /> calendar days after the NOTICE TO PROCEED, the following work: <br /> PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF MODULAR $YSTEMS OFFICE <br /> FURNITURE AND STORAGE FOR REDWOOD CITY FIRE STATION NO. 9 <br /> in strict accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and <br /> Specifications pertaining thereto as described in Exhibit "A", attached <br /> hereto and incorporated herein, signed by the Manager, Engineering and <br /> Construction of Redwood City, which Documents are incorporated herein <br /> and made a part of this Agreement as if herein fully set forth,+r �a .�u+Etz,� <br /> 2. Compensation.
