MINUTE ORDER <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> August 28. 1995 <br /> <br /> MO. 95-168 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: August 30, 1995 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Counicil <br /> Community Development Director <br /> <br />SUBJECT: WINSLOW STREET REALIGNMENT BETWEEN BREWSTER <br /> AVENUE AND MARSHALL STREET. <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on August 28, 1995 <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan, Hartnett, La Berge, Sanfilipo <br /> and Mayor Gasparini <br /> <br />Absent: Howard and Steinfeld <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> Councilman Sanfilipo described how confusing the street names were in the <br /> project area, and suggested that Council approve the realignment, but ask the <br /> County to help pay for renaming Middlefield to Winslow and Winslow to <br /> Middlefield which would more correctly reflect the course of those streets. <br /> <br /> CONSENSUS: Mayor Gasparini determined it was the consensus of the <br /> Council to refer this matter to the Council Committee on Streets and let the <br /> County know that the City was considering this change. <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
