: �� ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> HIP HOUSING (HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT) <br /> (Home Sharing Program) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this �_day o�'1��P--� <br /> 2011, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City") and HIP HOUSING (Human Investment <br /> Project), a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; collectively the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, including <br /> the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Programs"), and "B" ("Quantitative Goals"), <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct <br /> the program described in Exhibit B, for residents of City during the fiscal year <br /> commencing July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012 (the "Fiscal Year"); and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> Twelve Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($12,000.00) for exclusive use by Contractor <br /> during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2011, and ending June 30, 2012, solely for <br /> the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> Paragraph 1 solely for the Project purposes described in Exhibit A("Programs") and <br /> Exhibit B("Quantitative Goals"), attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROJECT.
