AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> This agreement is made as of this day of June 7, 2011 by and between the Redwood City School <br /> District ("RCSD") and the Ciry of Redwood City ("CONTRACTOR") to provide services. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. SERVICES <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide said services to the RCSD in accordance with the <br /> terms and conditions of this agreement. <br /> n. Scope of Services <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide extended day academic and enrichment services <br /> described in RCSD Extended Day Program & School Minimum Expectations in <br /> Attachment A and RCSD Extended Day Policies and Protocols in Attachment B at Fair <br /> Oaks, Gazfield, Hawes, Hoover, John Gill and Selby Lane. The RCSD will provide the <br /> necessary supports to the CONTRACTOR as described in Attachment A. The <br /> CONTRACTOR if applicable will refer 21 s ` Century Community Leazning Center <br /> families to existing literacy and related educational development services. <br /> s. Scope of Services ' <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to utilize the computer system (Cityspan) provided by the <br /> RCSD to enter daily attendance. Any technical difficulties associated with utilizing this <br /> system will be reported in a timely manner within 72 hours. <br /> 2. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the <br /> performance of this agreement. <br /> 3. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall not assign this agreement or any portion thereof to a third pariy <br /> without the prior written consent of RCSD. <br /> ' � � <br />
