MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />April 24, 1995 <br /> MO. 95-082 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: April 25, 1995 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Fire Chief <br /> Police Chief <br /> <br />SUBYECT: Presentation of Awards by Veterans of Foreign Wars (207) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on April 24, 1995 <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan, HarmeR, Howard, La Berge, Sanfilipo, Steinfeld <br />Absent: Mayor Gasparini <br /> <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> H. Robert Page and Clyde Clark, representing Veterans of Foreign Wars, presented <br /> awards of appreciation for outstanding service to Police Officer Edward Feeney <br /> and Firefighter Brace Meisenbach; <br /> <br /> The Board of Supervisors Chambers and the lobby outside were filled with <br /> Redwood City police and fire personnel who joined the Council in honoring two <br /> of their colleagues who received awards of appreciation presented by the <br /> Veterans of Foreign Wars. <br /> <br /> Mr. Robert Page presented the award of appreciation from the Veterans of <br /> Foreign Wars to Police Officer Edward Feeney. After a long and loud round <br /> of applause, Officer Feeney thanked the Veterans, his colleagues, Officer <br /> Sherman who nom'mated him, and introduced his large and very proud family, <br /> including his daughter Kelsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
