ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND FOLEY ELECTRIC, INC. <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 18` day of November, <br /> 2011, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ("City"), and FOLEY ELECTRIC, INC. <br /> ("Contractor") <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. City requires Contractor's services. <br /> B. Contractor has the necessary experience in providing professional services and <br /> advice. <br /> C. Selection of Contractor is expected to achieve the desired results in an expedited <br /> fashion. <br /> D. Contractor has submitted a proposal to City and has affirmed its willingness and <br /> ability to perform such work within the time required by City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Scope of Work. Contractor shall pertorm everything required to be pertormed, <br /> shall provide and furnish all of the labor, equipment, materials, and tools to , <br /> perform the following work: , <br /> DOWNTOWN REDWOOD CITY HOLIDAY LIGHTING <br /> in strict accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and Specifications <br /> pertaining thereto as described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein <br /> 2. Time for Pertormance. Contractor shall complete all work no later than Friday, <br /> December 2, 2011, or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable. <br /> Contractor shall keep City apprised, in writing, of any circumstances which could <br /> impact the completion date of December 2, 2011. <br /> 3. Compensation. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for the faithful <br /> performance by Contractor of the aforementioned work, the amount of Fifty <br /> Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Dollars ($50,270.00). <br /> 4. Standard of Pertormance. All of the work to be done shall be done to the <br /> approval of, City or its authorized representative, and the work shall be done in <br /> the best workmanlike manner, conforming strictly to the provisions of the <br /> (PW) Foley 50270 ,� 1 DOWNTOWN REDWOOD CITY HOLIDAY LIGHTING <br />
