SEYBERT <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/ <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD <br />MEETING <br />December 5, 2011 <br />7:00 PM <br />A Reception in Honor of Outgoing Mayor Jeff Ira and Reelected <br />Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Foust, and Pierce <br />will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Foyer <br />PLEASE TURN OFF ALL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT such as cellular telephones, <br />PDAs, and pagers to prevent disruption of the proceedings of the City <br />Council /Redevelopment Agency Board meeting. <br />"ATTENTION SPEAKERS: If you wish to address the City Council /Redevelopment <br />Agency Board, please complete a speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it to the <br />Deputy City Clerk /Deputy Agency Assistant (seated to the left of the Council /Board). By <br />submitting the speaker's card, the Mayor /Chair will recognize you at the appropriate time. <br />In order to afford all members of the public the opportunity to address the City <br />Council /Board, each speaker will be provided 3 minutes. <br />The City Council believes that late night meetings deter public participation, can affect the <br />Council's decision - making ability, and can negatively affect staff performance for the <br />remainder of the business week.
