• • � • WHK:yccl/13/66-7 <br /> � ' <br /> RE S OLUT I ON NO. �,L�93 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF BUDGET PROPOSAL <br /> TO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, FOR FUNDS ALLOCATED <br /> UDIDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGIiWAYS CODE <br /> WI�REAS, Article 2 of that certain agreement entitled "Master <br /> Agreement for Budgeting and for the Expenditure of the Engineering <br /> Allocation for City Streets Under Section 2107.5 of the Streets <br /> and Highways Code," approved by this Council and presently on <br /> , file with the City Clerk, provides for the annual submission by <br /> the City of a budget proposal; and <br /> WF�REAS, this Council has reviewed the budget proposal form <br /> (MC-17 (Rev. 7-64)) provided by the Department of Public Works <br /> for this purpose; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TH6 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City Bnqineer is hereby authorized to execute and <br /> submit to the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City, and on such forms as the Department has provided, <br /> a budget proposal in the amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred <br /> Dollars ($7,500.00) . <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to..prepare three <br /> certified copies of this resolution for transmission to the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> * . . * � * <br /> - <br />
