CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD.CITY • <br /> WF�REAS, a dispute exists concerning the boundary line <br /> between lands of the City of Redwood City and the lands of <br /> the McKelvy-Ely:;Land.COmpany; and, ' <br /> Y�REAS, it is the desire of the City to resolve this <br /> dispute by compromise resulting in the City establishing its <br /> title to the parcel indicated as containing 0.8688 acres in <br /> Exhibit B of the complaint filed in the matter of McKelvy, <br /> et al. v. City of Redwood City, et al., in the Superior Court <br /> of the State of California for the County of San Mateo, <br /> No..116060, together with certain easements and rights of way <br /> in, on and over the lands of McKelvy-Ely Land Company; and, <br /> Y�7F�REA5, a proposed form of stipulation and judgment has <br /> been presented to this Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> The City Attorney is directed to execute on behalf of <br /> the City that certain stipulation transmitted from the <br /> Attorney General of the State of California to the law firm <br /> of Currie, Lebsack, Hannig and Ferrari, under letter dated , <br /> December 21, 1965. � <br /> * * * <br /> ' � <br /> . ° Q <br /> V <br /> � <br />
