. �G.ek 12/20/65-7 <br /> t, I . •� : , • . . <br /> •' . <br /> R E S O L U T I O N .N O. _� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAI, AND <br /> ACQUISITION NEGOTIATION SERVICES IN CONNECTION 39ITH <br /> E}CPENSION.OF INDUSTRIAL I�TAY; .AND, .AUTHORIZING ITS. <br /> EXECUTION• <br /> "WF�REAS, public interest and necessity require the exten- <br /> sion of Industrial Way in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> �.�7FIEREAS, it is necessary for the City to acquire certain <br /> real property interests from property owners in connection <br /> with said project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Marvin Casalina & Co., 77 Jack London Square, <br /> Oakland, California, is skilled in the preparation of appraisals <br /> and in the conducting of negotiations £or right of way pur- <br /> poses, and this Council wishes to enter into an agreement for <br /> such services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI'i'Y OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Right o£ <br /> Tniay Appraisal and Acquisition" by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Marvin Casalina & Co., a copy of which is <br /> presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for full:.particulars concerning <br /> the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved and the <br /> City Manager is hereby authorized and.,directed to execute <br /> the same for and on behalf o£ the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> , <br /> � <br /> �n. � ' , <br /> , .. <br /> � �0 7�. <br />
