'� " • � REG:yc:12/16/65-7 <br /> �:. <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. �� <br /> RESOLUTION.AWARDING CONTRACT FOR F'URNISHING OF TRENCHER <br /> TO CITY TO BE USED FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES <br /> WI�REAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4835, adopted November 15, <br /> 1965, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of one <br /> new t�+ancher to be used by the Water Department for municipal <br /> purposes; and <br /> WF�REAS, pursuant to said,cal'l, bids were received and filed <br /> with the City Manager for the furnishing of said equipment; and <br /> WF�;REAS, VSRMEER SALES.&�SERVICE, Walnut Creek, California, <br /> is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and <br /> desire of this Couricil to�award said bid to said Vermeer Sales & <br /> Service ; <br /> NOW, TF�REFORS; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: ' . <br /> 1. The bid of Vermeer Sales & Service, in the total amount <br /> of Three Thousand One Hundred Nineteen and 65/100 Dollars ($3,119.65) <br /> for the furnishing of one new trencher, in accordance with speci- <br /> f ications heretofore approved by Resolution No. 4835, is hereby <br /> accepted and said bidder is hereby declared to be the lowest <br /> responsible bidder. <br /> 2.
