REG.ek 10/27/65 <br /> "_ GK � • • <br /> `, � <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. �� <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR (2UICKSILVER EXPLORATION SERVICES AND <br /> APPROPRIATING THE SUM OE $77 THEREFOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWO� CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. That certain agreement entitled °Agreement for Evalua- <br /> tion of Stulsaft Park Quscksilver Deposits° by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City and Richard Weiskal, a copy of which is <br /> presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2. The sum of seven hundred seventy-five dollars ($775) <br /> is hereby appropriated from the budgeted reserves of the General <br /> Fund for the purpose of providing for the evaluation of ore <br /> deposits in Stulsaft Park.
