t REG.ek 12/13/65-7 <br /> C'�� � • ' <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. � <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL <br /> SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH CITY HALL SITE; <br /> AND,.AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION <br /> Wf�REA5, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> ment by and between the City of Redwood City and David Ingram <br /> for services in connection with the appraisal of the area <br /> bounded by Main Street, Veterans Boulevard,. Steinberger Street <br /> and Bradford Street, for the purpose of acquisition by the City <br /> for a City Hall site; and, . <br /> SaF�REAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> to approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> NQW, TFIEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REIIYJOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOIaS : -. _ <br /> That certain.agreement entitled "Agreement for City Hall. <br /> Site Appraisal," by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> David Ingram, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> of the City Clerk to which copy reference is made for the full <br /> terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved,.and the City <br /> Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree- <br /> ment for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> � � <br /> �Pc� <br />
