- . � � REG:yc:10/13/65-7 <br /> ,� . <br /> t, <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. d� <br /> RESOLUTION VACATIPIG AND ABAPIDONING PORTION OF BRADFORD <br /> STREET, FORMERLY HOLDER STREET, IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br /> PAi2T 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND 1iESERVING THET2EIN A PUBLIC <br /> UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3(commencinq <br /> at Section 8300) o£ Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code <br /> of the State of Cali£ornia, the Council of the City of Redwood �' <br /> City by its Resolution No. 4583, adopted March 1, 1965, declared <br /> its intention to vacate the hereinafter described portion of <br /> Bradford Street; and <br /> WF�REAS, the public convenience and necessity requires the <br /> reservation and exception from the vacation provided for herein <br /> 0 <br /> of certain described easements and rights of Way and, therefore, <br /> these proceedings are taken subject to the reservation of a <br /> permanent easement and right at"any`time, or from time to time, <br /> a <br /> to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew public <br /> utility facilities includinq sanitary and stosm sewers in, upon, <br /> , ., ; <br /> over and across the portion of Bradford Street bei.ng abandoned; <br /> and .
