• � � REG:yc:12/13/65-7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ��GL <br /> RESOLUTION AIITHORIZING EXCI�NGE OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> WI�REA.S, the City of Redwood City has heretofore acquired <br /> a parcel of real property from the owners of property known as <br /> acquisition Parcel No. 8 in the Carlos-Northumberland Improvement <br /> District; and - � <br /> WE�REAS, the City constructed�certain street improvements <br /> i,n the above mentioned improvement district on an alignment <br /> different from that previously contemplated; and <br /> WF�REAS, the owners of the above mentioned paroel are will- <br /> ing to exchange property needed for said improvements for a <br /> portion of the property previously acquired by the City and no <br /> longer needed; and <br /> WI�REAS, the Assessor of the City of Redwood City has, <br /> pursuant to the provisions of subdivision (h) of Section 3-1/2 <br /> of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, made an appraisal of <br /> all the property included withia the exchange and has found that <br /> the value of the property to be received by the City equals the <br /> value of the property to be disposed of; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THB COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> A6 FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That this Council hereby finds that the value of the <br /> property interests described below to be received by the City of <br /> Redwood City is equal to the value of the property interests <br /> described below to be conveyed by the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br /> convey by quit claim deed, without warranty express or implied, <br /> any interest the City of Redwood City may have in the following <br /> parcel: <br /> y866 <br />
