•• REG.ek 12/10/65-7 <br /> . ., • <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTI ON NO. ��l.i <br /> RESOLUTION ATITARDING CONTRACT FQR FURNISHING OF <br /> PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT; AND, REJECTING ALL.OTHER <br /> BIDS RECEIVED ._ _ <br /> Y]HEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4821, adopted Novem- <br /> ber 1, 1965, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing <br /> of playground equipment to be used for municipal recreational <br /> purposes; and, <br /> T�f�REAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and <br /> filed with the City Manager for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> and, <br /> WF�REAS, MIRACLE EQUIPMENT COMPANY, Grinnell, Iowa, <br /> is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and <br /> desire of this Council to award'said bid to said Miracle Equip- <br /> ment Company; � <br /> NGW, THEREFOREt � <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLQY,TS: _ <br /> 1. The bid of Miracle Equipment Company for bid items <br /> 2 through 13, at a total net delivered price to City of Eight <br /> Thousand Four Hundred Sixty and 94/100 Dollars ($8,460.94) <br /> for the furnishing of playground equipment in accordance with <br /> speci£ications therefor approved by said Resolution No. 4821, <br /> is hereby accepted, and said bidder is hereby declared to be the <br /> lowest responsible bidder £or said items. <br /> 2.
