LEAHY, JR. <br /> WI�REAS, the City of Redwood City and Howard P. Leahy <br /> entered into an agreement, dated May 25, 1964, whereby the <br /> _... <br /> City leased to Howard P. Leahy certain properties for the pur- <br /> pose of conducting,the sale of new and used boats, the sale <br /> and installation of boat 'supplies, equipment and marine hard- <br /> ware, and-the repair and servicing of marine equipment and <br /> boats; and, , <br /> WF�REAS, said agreement provides for the assignment <br /> thereo£ upon written consent of the City of Redwood City; and, <br /> Y�E�REAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> assignment executed by Alma A. Leahy, individually and as <br /> executrix of the Estate of Howard P. Leahy, assigning said <br /> �lease to Howard P. Leahy, Jr., with the request that the City <br /> approve said assignment; <br /> � NCF.�1, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDUdOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the Council o£ the City of Redwood City does <br /> hereby give its consent to the assignment of said lease agree- <br /> ment by Alma A. Leahy, individually and as executrix of the <br /> Estate of Howard P. Leahy, to Howard Y. Leahy, Jr., subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> (a) That tYie amount o£ gross receipts used Eor purposes <br /> of subparagraphs (a)_and (b) of paragraph 6 0£ the <br /> lease agreeinent shall inclu'de all receipts attributable <br /> to the lessee's operations at.the leased preinises <br /> or at any other location, including activities of <br /> salesmen or other persons associated with the lessee. <br /> (b) That the lessee execute a written acceptance of <br /> this condition. <br /> * * * <br /> " 5��6 / � <br />
