SLgSG <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE NEW ONE TON <br /> TRUCK AI�ID THREE NEW 1/4 TON TRUCKS TO BE USED FOR <br /> MUNICIPAL PURPOSES; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WF�REAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for one new truck to be used for municipal purposes, <br /> to wit, a 1966 model, one ton cab and chassis; and <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for three new trucks to be used for municipal <br /> purposes, to wit, three 1966 models, 1/4 ton four cylinder trucks; <br /> and <br /> WF�REAS, this Council has reviewed the above mentioned <br /> specifications and desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> authorize the City Clerk to advertise for the furnishing of said <br /> equipment; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED $Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Manager <br /> consisting of notice of sealed bids, bidding forms, specifica- <br /> tions and bid sheets, £or the furnishing of one 1966 model one ton <br /> truck and three 1966 model 1/4 ton trucks, to be used for muni- <br /> cipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> call for bids for the furnishing of said e,quipment designated <br /> in the aforementioned specifications'.
