UHLENBERG AND COMPANY <br /> Y�HEEREAS, by agreement dated August 5, 1964, C. G. ilhlenberg <br /> and Company was retained by the City of Redwood City to perform <br /> specified audit services at a maximum fee o£ $3,500; and, <br /> SaHEREAS, the Auditor-Accountant of the City of Redwood <br /> City has recommended that additional compensation is deserving <br /> for the 1964-1965 fiscal year by reason of revisions made to <br /> the Redwood City bookkeeping and collection methods that were <br /> not contemplated at the time of execution of the audit agreement; <br /> NOhT, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDY700D CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOS�IS: <br /> That the maximum compensation to be paid to C. G.
